In August 2012 a game company, Weird Games, ran a Kickstarter for an Evil Baby Orphanage card game based on the brothers' old joke; it became a real two-deck game, its makers quietly gave part of the proceeds to the Foundation to Decrease World Suck, and by June 2013 it had sold over 4,000 copies.
