On 16 December 2013 Hank asked viewers to donate to P4A 2013 through its Indiegogo campaign, whose perks included the Men of YouTube and Women of YouTube calendars and a preview of John's new writing. The page stayed open until about 36 hours after 20 December, and John thanked the donors in January 2014.
