Hank's made-up 'bizarro' history of Black Friday as a lights-off Lighthouse Maintenance Day (2017)
running joke · status: running joke (last seen 2023) · last event: callback (2023-11-24)
In November 2017 Hank told a made-up history of Black Friday, then admitted he had invented all of it except the Lighthouse Service being created by the first Congress. In 2023 he again described Black Friday as the day Americans turn off their lights to honour sailors lost at sea, and again admitted it isn't true.
