In May 2007 John promised that he and the Nerdfighters would make Hank a Wikipedia entry; the next day Hank was on Wikipedia, and soon the entry was repeatedly vandalized. In 2025 the brothers recalled that Hank later lost the page, an editor saying a notable brother does not confer notability.
