John asks would-be donors of $2,000 or more to join the PIH Sierra Leone matching team by email (2019)
ask · status: reported back · last event: result reported (2025-05-13) · owner: John and Hank
In October 2019 John asked people able to give $2,000 or more to Partners In Health's maternal health project in Sierra Leone to join a matching team, first by email and later through a link in the description. The brothers repeated the ask for years, and by 2022 around a hundred nerdfighters were matching every monthly dollar.
