In September 2011 John took over Hank's HankGames channel for a series in which he played FIFA with Swindon Town while telling stories from his life. His team, the Swindon Town Swoodilypoopers, went back to the FA Cup final and won the 2011 FA Cup; then in 2013 John said he had been fired and retired from FIFA.
