Novel John co-wrote with his friend David Levithan about two different guys both named Will Grayson, each author writing one, who meet mid-book. It came out on 7 April 2010 with a tour, became a finalist for the Children's Choice Book Award and later came out in paperback. Levithan later published a companion, Hold Me Closer, the Tiny Cooper musical.
