Does God exist, and is religious faith worth having?

John has called himself a Christian since 2009; in 2025 he said he believes in God without knowing whether God is real. He finds religion helpful for living among other people and cares little for debating God's existence. Hank declined in 2011 to answer for himself; in 2025 the brothers disagreed on where the voice calling humans to a more just world comes from, and agreed on its call.

Axis: believes / faith is valuable ... does not believe / faith not needed (agnostic in the middle)
