Is it acceptable that how long people live depends on where they live?

Since 2017 John has called it unacceptable that lifespan depends on where people live; from 2023 he focused on tuberculosis, curable since the 1950s yet killing over a million people a year. Hank agrees, saying since 2021 that access to health care should be fair and that deaths from undiagnosed cancer don't have to happen.
