John launches an annotation game, 'Sheen or Gaddafi?', in which viewers guess whether a quotation was said by Charlie Sheen or Muammar Gaddafi, starting with 'Every great movement begins with one man, and I guess that's me.'

What is said

The parts of the video and what is said in each (★ — how much it matters to the video).

00:00:00 — Greeting 'Good morning, William'; March 4 as a date that is also a sentence

00:00:05 — The 'Sheen or Gaddafi?' game: rules, first quotation, click the annotation to guess

  • ★★★ John announces a game, 'Sheen or Gaddafi?', a voyage into contemporary narcissistic megalomania: guess whether each quotation was said by Charlie Sheen or Muammar Gaddafi. (playful) — 00:00:05
  • ★ To keep the game challenging, John says he will translate Gaddafi's quotations from Arabic, since otherwise the giveaway would be whether it is in Arabic. (playful) — 00:00:20
  • ★★ John's first quotation: 'Every great movement begins with one man, and I guess that's me' - who said it, Sheen or Gaddafi? The answer is left to the annotations. (playful) — 00:00:34
  • ★★ John tells viewers to turn on annotations and click 'Sheen' or 'Gaddafi' to guess who said it. — 00:00:43

Humor (dominant)

  • John will translate Gaddafi's quotations from Arabic to make the game challenging. — 00:00:24

“"Is it in Arabic?" would be the primary question you would be asking.”
