The parts of the video and what is said in each (★ — how much it matters to the video).

00:00:00 — Why the Awesome Socks Club window is still open: the ankle-sock switch feature

  • ★★★ Hank makes a second video this week (week of 14 November 2022) to explain why the Awesome Socks Club window, planned to be open for two weeks, is now in its third week. — 00:00:00 · Awesome Socks Club
  • ★★★ Members were meant to be able to switch from crew to ankle socks starting in January; the feature wasn't ready, so they kept the window open, and it is now live. — 00:00:00 · Awesome Socks Club
  • ★ Hank says that one feature was so hard that it makes him feel he would never pay a lot of money to acquire a technology company. (playful) — 00:00:29
  • ★★★ Hank points members who want ankle socks from January to the switch link at awesomesocks.club or in the description; ankle socks arrive only in January. — 00:00:29 · Awesome Socks Club

00:00:58 — The window closes Monday the 21st; the coffee club's light roast and the wait for decaf

  • ★★★ Hank says the sock subscription window will close on Monday the 21st, the last week for real this time. — 00:00:58 · Awesome Socks Club
  • ★★ Hank is excited about the coffee club's light roast, launched this week (week of 14 November 2022). — 00:00:58 · Awesome Coffee Club
  • ★★ The coffee club has no decaf yet; Hank, a decaf drinker, says they will get there, but decaf is surprisingly complicated and they want to do it right. — 00:00:58 · Awesome Coffee Club
  • ★★ Hank says the whole point is working hard to make high-quality things, art on your feet or coffee that tastes good and is good for the world, so no decaf until they can do it right. — 00:01:27 · Awesome Socks Club, Awesome Coffee Club
  • ★★ Hank says that when they do offer decaf he will explain how decaf is made, which is fascinating, and why it is so hard to do well. — 00:01:27
